John Moraga has thrown and taken a lot punches. He is a mixed martial arts fighter from Phoenix, AZandgoesby the nickname “Chicano.”He attended and wrestled for Arizona State University, where he received the foundational training for his MMA career and life.

John entered the ring in 2009 for an Arizona organization called “Rage in the Cage” where he won the Trilogy Fighting Championship. He then held an undefeated record of 6–0, lost one fight, and then won five straight bouts to make his way into the UFC.

John is a man of the people. He has a gym in Arizona where he helps guide and mentor at risk inner-city youth. Passion for his people and his sport is what makes John one of the most promising MMA fighters to watch.
